The Sepulchre

Winston Rayne was killed by a fallen angel. God set angels to guard certain women, but they fell from grace when they took the women for themselves. They were trapped in five sepulchres, each locked with it's own key. Created by Druids these boxes kept the beasts from escaping, and they were hidden all over the world. Winston Rayne's life's work was the collecting together and destruction of these sepulchres. When he found one in Peru he made the mistake of opening it. The entity which emerged injured him so badly that all he could do was instruct his son, Derek to re-lock the casket before he died. With his last breath he passed on the burden of the Legacy to his child.
